Pure Pixel Labs provides web design and development services as outlined in our service agreements and project proposals.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing necessary content, feedback, and approvals in a timely manner to ensure project completion.

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the designs and code created by Pure Pixel Labs remain with Pure Pixel Labs until full payment is received, at which point they transfer to the client.

5. Limitation of Liability

Pure Pixel Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from the use of our services.
